Contracts, change orders, and sign-offs

Each project can carry a contract that must be signed before work advances. Change orders capture a fee plus the cost of the change; approving one auto-creates a work task. Milestone and UAT sign-offs, status reports, a risk register, and a closeout round out the project lifecycle.
